The Torta combinada is chefs kiss and my husband loves the pechuga empanizada torta. They are pricy though. The salsa is not what it was as back in the day (about 6+ years ago they changed it). The salsa is ok but the old one was 1000x better. But the Torta combinada is my favorite. Pricy but fire. The hours of operation are weak for a taco place but since they are like a bank it's understandable. I wish prices went down a bit to like $11 per torta, the salsa went back to the old school one, and the hours extended to like 8:30. I'd eat there daily if the torta was cheaper compared to once a week.

my craving last week: tacos de carnitas! Went to Sanchez Meat and got a pound of their ready to serve Carnitas, and a tub of their salsa verde. It was heavenly! Specially their green sauce, I don't know what they put in there, but I am now addicted. I'll have to go back and try their other meats.

Decades of coming here and have always got the best carne asada for grilling and carnitas meat. Fair prices, great selection and the people here are always so nice.

If you are looking for great quality in meat, this is the place. If I make pozole, ribs, or need meat for a nice bbq, this is where I get it. You will not be disappointed. They make their carnitas in house. They have tamales, and I'm just a tad picky about them, and personally I think they're ok. They don't have a big selection in produce but they do carry the basics. Always fresh! The service is excellent!! Never have I seen staff be rude or careless. They are eager to help and honestly they are truly the warmest people! No matter how busy they are, you are a priority. And if you want a quick bite, they have breakfast, lunch and dinner! The gorditas are delicious. The portions are fair and I would even say quite generous. This place is a gem!

The place is clean. The meat counter has some cool options. The restaurant side is good. The prices are on the high side but the $10.94 carnitas burrito was pretty darned good. There are some places that cook just as you like and this is one of those places. Really good flavors. Good salsa. Good times. Gracias Sanchez.

I visited for my first time today. I ordered the Asada Burrito and a small container of guacamole. Both were good and filling. The one thing I didn't care for was the chips. It seems like they are overly fried, or maybe refried. They just seem a little off compared to other fresh tortilla chips.
